Send leads to Zapier

In Zapier, create a Zap with a Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook trigger. Zapier gives you a URL.

Paste that into Zapier webhook URL in Bot setup. Every new lead is then posted to Zapier, and you can send it on to a CRM, a spreadsheet, Slack, or anywhere else Zapier reaches.

Capture a test lead by chatting with your own bot and leaving a phone number, so Zapier can see the field names.

Send leads to Make

Same idea as Zapier. In Make, add a Custom webhook module, copy its address, and paste it into Make (Integromat) webhook URL in Bot setup.

Facebook Messenger

You can connect a Facebook Page so messages sent to your Page are answered by the same bot, with the same knowledge, and appear alongside your website chats.

Connect it from the dashboard and grant access to the Page you want answered. You need to be an admin of that Page.
